Before you book

Please Detox ( no oils, butters and cream based products ) your hair for a minimum of 15 days BEFORE YOUR APPT. This equals no less than 4 shampoos with the products listed below.

This is not optional. This ensures that your hair can receive the hydration it need to product high quality curls and longevity.

Please do not book your appointment until you have completed this process.

All NEW clients will book THE WORKS OR ULTIMATE WORKS EXPERIENCE. No color services are provided at your initial appointment. Your hair must be in great condition for a wash n go. Even greater condition for High lift Color. But have no fear, we will get there!

These are the products you will need:

• Shampoo—AG Balance

• Conditioner—AG BOOST

• Stylers—
  - Uncle Funky’s Daughter Curly Magic (Wash n go or braid down) at Target
  - MICHE SET CURL defining mousse (Twist out) must be ordered
  - The Doux (Twist Out) at Target

Deposits

Please be aware that a 50% Deposit is required to confirm ALL appointments. An invoice will be sent via email and or text. If you do not receive this invoice or pay it, please consider your appointment unconfirmed and subject to cancellation. Please let me know if you have not received the invoice within 24hrs of your booking request at aubrey@theroyaltreatmentinc.com. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred within 30 days of initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Yes, traffic and things happen. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there is a cancellation fee of 50%. No call, no shows are 100% of the appointment cost. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or schedule conflict at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

New Client

A new client is someone that has NEVER received a service from me OR their last service has been longer than 20 weeks (5months). ALL clients must be detoxed a minimum of 14 days (4 shampoos) with listed products before booking your service.

Existing/Loyal Client

An Existing Client is someone who has received a service within the last 20 weeks (5months) at either location. If this is not the case, please book NEW CLIENT.
